Room totally changed with murals, decals, and borders!

Using murals, decals or borders to change room

My hobby room has been transformed! The dreary all purpose room where I pursue my three great passions; sculpting, landscape painting and fiber arts, is now full of energy, life and light. Just walking in there inspires me to create.

For years I tried to merely focus on the work before me, ignoring the room itself. Lately however, I have been unmotivated; my work as dull and stagnant as my surroundings. I knew I had to do something!

The use of murals, decals and borders changed my hobby room from blah to Blast! Instead of the old, plain white ceiling I used to see when sculpting, decals of cherubs now float above. The cherub decals fit right in with the Grecian Urn removable mural that greets me when I open the door. What a change from the depressing, bland, tan wall that used to drag my spirits down.

Completing the theme, three ribbons of Greek key design wallpaper borders circle the other walls of the room at eye level. How can I not feel the creative juices flowing when I am surrounded by such beauty?

The great thing about using removable wall stickers or a removable mural, border wallpaper and decals, is the room can be quickly and easily changed again, if I wish. Hmmm, maybe daffodils and tulips in the spring?
